This recently renovated, new furnished 2- bedroom apartment with balcony is located on Rijnstraat (Rivierenbuurt.)
All materials in the apartment have been chosen with great care without any loss of character of the original building style. The apartment is located nearby the Amstel, The Albert Cuyp market and The Pijp.

Lay-out:
The shared entrance with stairs is well maintained. The apartment is located on the first floor. Entering the apartment, there is an open hall which is connected with the bright living room. A nice extra is the small balcony, with the view on the Rijnstraat.
The open new built-in kitchen has all the necessary equipment.
At the quiet back of the apartment there are two bedrooms of equal size. The bedroom on the right is furnished with a new boxspring bed. The other bedroom will be furnished according to the wishes of the tenant. Both bedrooms have acsess to the balcony. In the middle of the apartment you will find the new bathroom with hand- and rainshower. There is also a separate toilet.

Location
The house is located in the Rivierenbuurt, the Rijnstraat. The Rijnstraat is a pleasant shopping street with several cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets within walking distance.
If you would like to visit the market, you are less than 10 minutes away from the Albert Cuyp market.
With the Mirandabad and the Marten Luther Kingpark in the area, you have the necessary relaxation close at hand.

Accessibility
The house is nicely located with the Victorieplein around the corner. Tram lines 4 and 12 and bus 62 and 65 stop almost in front of your door. Within a few minutes you are on the Ring A-10 by car. The Amstel Station is just a few minutes away. There is sufficient parking space in front of the door and residents can park with a parking permit.
